Privacy policy.

Draft · last updated 14 October 2026

Pre-launch legal draft. This policy describes the current website prototype. Business identity, contact details, product telemetry, data processors, and regional disclosures must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before launch or paid advertising.

1. Who we are

Exoqus is the working name of a desktop crypto market watchlist currently in development. The legal entity operating Exoqus, its registered address, and a monitored privacy contact will be added here before public launch.

2. Scope

This policy applies to this website and, once released, the Exoqus desktop application. It does not apply to third-party websites, market-data providers, or services linked from Exoqus, which operate under their own policies.

3. Information collected by this prototype

The current static prototype does not transmit or store information entered into the early-access form. No account system, analytics platform, advertising pixel, payment service, or application telemetry is connected.

Basic technical request data may be processed by the future hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security logs. The chosen provider and retention period will be disclosed before launch.

4. Information planned for launch

If early-access registration is enabled, we expect to collect an email address and consent record for the purpose of sending product availability updates. If optional product diagnostics are introduced, the exact events, legal basis, retention period, and opt-out controls will be documented before collection begins.

Exoqus will never request a wallet seed phrase or private key. The product is intended to be read-only and does not hold or transfer assets.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on location and the final service design, information may be processed to provide requested communications, operate and secure the service, comply with law, and improve reliability. Where consent is the legal basis, it may be withdrawn at any time. Final lawful-basis disclosures will be adapted for each launch market.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. Future service providers may process limited information for hosting, email delivery, support, security, or analytics under written agreements. Their identities, locations, safeguards, and relevant opt-out mechanisms will be listed before those services are activated.

7. Retention and security

Personal information will be retained only for as long as needed for the disclosed purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We plan to use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. A verified privacy request channel and region-specific instructions will be provided before launch.

9. Children

Exoqus is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, where required, additional notice. A monitored privacy email and postal address will be published before any data collection begins.
