Terms of use.

Draft · last updated 14 October 2026

Pre-launch legal draft. These terms cover the informational website prototype only. The operating entity, jurisdiction, commercial terms, software licence, support policy, and statutory consumer rights must be completed and reviewed before launch.

1. The current service

This website presents a product concept for Exoqus, a desktop crypto market watchlist in development. The application is not currently offered through this site. Screens, functions, compatibility, launch timing, pricing, and availability shown or described may change.

2. Informational purpose only

Exoqus is intended to display general market information. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. No brokerage, exchange, or custody

Exoqus is not presented as a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, or money transmitter. It does not currently execute trades, hold funds, transfer assets, or request wallet seed phrases or private keys.

4. Market risk and data limitations

Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may result in substantial or total loss. Future market information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Illustrative interface data on this prototype is not live and must not be relied upon for decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse this site for lawful personal or business evaluation. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts service, misrepresent affiliation with Exoqus, or use site content unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The Exoqus name, visual identity, site design, copy, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to access this site under these terms. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

Links or future market-data integrations may lead to third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or terms, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

This prototype is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability arising from reliance on pre-release descriptions or illustrative data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

These terms may change as Exoqus approaches launch. The final terms will identify the contracting entity, governing law, dispute process, and monitored support contact before software is distributed or payment is accepted.
